Memorial Day weekend will be a great unified trip for the club. We'll be heading over to Buena Vista to explore trails in that area.

Friday night, May 22nd, we will plan to have a group camp area in a large, dispersed camping area on the North side of Forest Road 274. *NOTE* There will be no facilities at this location. You will need to bring everything you need with you.

If you do not want to camp Friday night and would rather drive over early Saturday morning, you can meet us at the Gunsmoke Gas Station in Johnson Village at 9 a.m. to meet up with the group.

From there, we will likely divide into separate groups to run some trails in the area. The specific trails we do will depend on who attends and what options there are. Some of the trails (especially trails to the West at higher elevations) will not be open early in the season but we will have several options to choose from. We will then return to our campsite for the evening.

On Sunday, we plan to explore more trails in the area.
