The 2023 Kickoff meeting will be on May 6th at Springs Journey Church from 12:00 to 3:00PM.  Registration will begin at 12 noon and the meeting will begin at 1:00 PM.  There will also be a chance to win door prizes for paid membership.

This will be your best chance to sign up for CSC4W and complete the necessary paperwork for 2023.  It will also be a chance to catch up with other club members and leaders.

Please feel free to bring your own lunch if you want.  We will provide chips and drinks. This year, we are bringing in the Portico Coffee Trailer as an addition to the drinks and snacks we provide. They will be onsite from noon to 4 p.m. to sell coffee and other hot drinks as well as snack items. Please check them out!  

The membership fee for this year will be $40.  We will accept cash, checks and credit cards for payment.  However, we would much prefer payment with cash or check. For every paid membership, we will be offering one T-shirt at a discounted price of $5.  We'll also be giving out stickers with our new logo as well. If you would like to purchase more T-shirts for family members or friends they will be available for $20 each.

Also, this year we will have an RTI ramp onsite to test the flex of your vehicle! After the meeting, we'll have the RTI ramp open and we will help score the flex of your rig and maybe have some friendly competition.
